Position: Support Consultant

Location: Ghent

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? We’re seeking a dedicated Support Consultant to join our dynamic team. As a Support Consultant, you’ll play a crucial role in managing our ERP system and providing essential support to our internal customers.

Your Responsibilities:

* Manage data within our ERP system, including the creation and maintenance of articles and SKUs.
* Assist internal customers with inquiries and issues related to the ERP system.
* Support the business process consultancy team in implementing the ERP system at new companies, including data preparations.
* Write and document procedures and work processes, ensuring their quality and correct application.
* Support ad-hoc projects as needed.
* Report to the Business Process Consultancy Coordinator.

Your Qualities:

* Fluent Dutch
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft tools, especially Excel.
* Hands-on, results-oriented, and proactive approach.
* Knowledge of an ERP system (Navision, SAP, etc.) is a plus.
* Knowledge of French is a plus.
