What will you do?As a Support Analyst you will work for financial sector Client. You will be e.g.: collaborating with cross-functional teams (L3), such as developers or product managers, to escalate and resolve complex issues; L1-L2 support for incidents, problems and service request; working on ticket resolution within SLA assigned to 2nd line – identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues faced by operators or their clients; mentoring Junior team members; investigating and understanding impact of work product and potential risks.Your skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience in technical support, customer service, or a related role (depending on seniority, mid- senior)
• University background oriented to financial/business/IT or equivalent experience
• Proven Experience in Atlassian Tools e.g. Jira, Confluence
• Ability to analyze data and generate meaningful insights to drive performance improvements.
• Knowledge in SQL, Bigdata, spark & cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Excel at a medium user level
• English (at least B2+), Spanish nice to have
• Ability to use technical & business knowledge to provide solutions to complex issues in a timely and efficient manner
• Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to details
• Ability to complete duties under minimal supervision
• Attitude for understanding global business consideration when implementing new business systems
• Ability to work with business users from various geographical location
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Good time management to support different projects in parallel
• Willingness to work in flexible schedule to give support from 7 to 15h, or 9 to 17h or 13 to 21h and readiness for on-call duty availability

Nice to have:

• Basic understanding of financial products in the wholesale banking environment (Fxs, bonds, equities, etc)
• Certified or proven experience with ITILv4 and use of Kanban methodology
• Software development projects. Software development life cycle (HP ALM,..)
