Job Title: Supply Teachers NeededLocation:East of England, Essex, West ThurrockJob Type:Permanent, Full-Time hoursPrimary Industry:Education and TrainingSalary:£120 – £200 Per dayJob Duties:

• Deliver engaging and informative lessons to students in the absence of the regular classroom teacher
• Follow the curriculum and lesson plans provided by the school
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
• Provide feedback to regular teachers on student progress and behaviour
• Complete required administrative tasks such as attendance records and lesson planning

Required Qualifications:

• Enhanced DBS check
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different teaching environments

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Education or relevant fieldExperience:Previous experience in teaching or working with children is preferredKnowledge and Skills:

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum
• Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics
• Good organisational and time management skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Postgraduate Certificate in Education (PGCE)
• Experience working as a supply teacher

Working Conditions:

• Work primarily in school settings
• Regular school hours with occasional need for flexibility
• Interaction with students, parents, and school staff
