Step Teachers are collaborating with schools across the Plympton area where students believe in themselves, others, and their faith, allowing them to attain their greatest potential and realize their ambitions and goals. They are searching for Supply Teachers to fill Daily, Short-Term and Long-Term positions in October 2024. The Supply Teacher will work with a class of well-behaved and eager Primary level students. The Supply Teacher should be enthusiastic and eager to interact with their kids, adding to the school’s courteous, pleasant, and safe learning environment.Supply Teacher – Role:

• Able to deliver engaging and comprehensive lessons.
• Maintain a well-organized classroom and ensure the safe use and storage of all equipment.
• Work effectively with other members of staff throughout the school.
• Ability to assess students, monitor their progress, and provide constructive feedback.
• Compliance with the schools’ policies and the reliable implementation of these.

Supply Teacher – Requirements:

• Hold Qualified Teaching Status (QTS) or an equivalent qualification.
• Have recent experience as a Primary level Supply Teacher – Key Stage 1 and 2.
• Have a good level of classroom and behaviour management.
• Experience in Early Years Foundation Stage is desirable.
