Tradewind Recruitment is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supply Teacher to work in client schools in and surrounding Medway. In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide invaluable support to students, enabling both academic and personal growth, whilst being able to maintain a flexible schedule. Role & Responsibilities – Supply Teacher: * Flexibility: Enjoy the freedom to work on an ad-hoc basis, allowing you to manage your schedule flexibly week-to-week* Student Support: Be a pillar of support for students within schools, fostering a safe and conducive learning environment.* Adaptability: Cover a range of subjects, following the plans and using the resources set by the class teacher.* Behaviour Management: Uphold school behaviour policies, ensuring a positive and respectful atmosphere conducive to learning.
