In order to help provide our schools with exceptional teachers and inspirational classroom support staff, we are recruiting for a busy year ahead.Supported by Twinkl research and data from the last 10 years, it is clear that the demands of schools for quality Supply Staff has risen year on year. This year will be much the same, but Elevate Supply have a mission to ensure that Supply Staff are paid the rate they deserve and to do this we commit to promoting all of our Educators to set their own pay rate!!To support this we have developed a market-leading Tech Platform that matches staff to schools locally and this means we can ensure our costs are kept low and schools benefit from committed and well-paid staff doing what they do best – Inspiring Young People!Roles will begin in week commencing 2nd September with starts scattered across September based on the requirements of our local Wakefield Schools.RequirementsKey Responsibilities:

  • To be an excellent classroom practitioner
  • To be flexible, committed and enthusiastic
  • To have a secure understanding of the Primary School curriculum – early reading and phonics knowledge is desirable as well as any experience with SATs
  • Have a real passion for promoting the love of learning
  • Plan and deliver well prepared lessons, which are engaging and motivating
  • Ensure pupils make rapid and sustained progress
  • Take pride in creating an excellent learning environment
  • Has excellent behaviour management skills
  • Contribute to all aspects of school life

Qualifications:

  • A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status.
  • A good understanding of statutory requirements at relevant Key Stages.
  • Experience of sustained delivery of outstanding attainment and achievement.
  • Experience of innovation and creativity to engage, enthuse and progress learners.
