- While not always mandatory, prior teaching experience, either as a classroom teacher or as a supply teacher, is often preferred.
- A strong understanding of the subject(s) you will be teaching, along with the ability to adapt to different curriculum requirements.
- Ability to effectively manage classroom dynamics and behaviour, maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
- Willingness to adapt to different teaching assignments, year groups, and schools as required.
To work with GSL Education, you should:
- Have the right to work in the UK.
- Have an up-to-date CV with two relevant references from within the last 2 years.
- Have a DBS registered to the update service or be happy to apply for one with GSL Education.
