Work will be planned, but marking will be expected.As part of this role, you will be required to-

– play a full part in the life of the school community and support its ethos, values and aims.The successful candidate must-
– be an excellent classroom practitioner, in terms of planning, challenging gifted pupils, supporting special needs and creatively organising the learning environment;
– have high expectations and a commitment to raising standards and achievements;
– have recent teaching experience in key stages 2;
– have a secure knowledge and understanding of the primary framework and pedagogy;
