Job Description:Segment: PetcareLocalisation: St Denis de l’HôtelContract: CDIA Supply Planner in a European Pet cluster will be responsible for driving efficient stock management and maximizing product availability whilst minimizing costs. They will have solid functional knowledge and be accountable for the relevant Supply performance metrics as well as adherence to standard work processes.A Supply Planner will receive input from both market logistics and demand resources, as well as Regional Planning teams to bring the best Information on product availability in the short-term horizon and to help communicate any potential risks.What are we looking for?Educated to a degree levelDigitally savvy and strong learning agility with process and systems – Intermediate/Advanced on Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.Supply chain knowledge and experience in planning processes would be an advantageAbility to communicate comfortably with Senior Leadership at a Market/Cluster levelLanguage skills: Fluent in English (excellent written and oral skills)What will be your key responsibilities?1. Communication of stock status, supply risk and mitigation optionsVia S&OE Daily and Weekly drumbeat of communication, ensure all relevant inputs and outputs for Supply are brought to the CMOS, SMOSAct as the key interface between customer service and regional planningHighlight service impact of any over-sales , as well as any corresponding inventory health risk of any under-sales2. Drive Supply Performance in the MarketMaintain optimal finished goods inventory levels to maximize customer service (CSL) and minimize inventory value and write-offs (market NQC)Champion RCA/problem solving. Hold both Markets and Regional Planning to account for action completion to root cause, through PDCA facilitation (Plan-Do-Check-Act)Provide service impact on any option-analysis for supply constrained value streams and contribute to recommneded mitigation steps. Work with Sales and Customer Service to translate quota priorities in system requirements to ensure available stock is directed to the correct accountManage the stock age profile on finished goods to minimize best-before-date issuesWhere appropriate and feasible, optimize stock availability and inventory health via recommending and executing stock transfers between DCs3. Reporting and AnalyticsSupport reporting needs using a range of system, i.e. SRM, BW, SPM

Support accurate real-time stock picture is available in SAP (clearing i-doc errors with DCs remains the resp. of the X-segment SC)Execute data / parameter audit checks, as required, to ensure systems reflect agreed and realistic settings, providing feedback to design of the auditing checks required4. Represent Supply in market activity executionsEnsure all relevant inputs and outputs for Supply are incorporated into the activity management program to optimize in-store availability, promotional execution, and CSL deliveryHighlight all Market NQC risk on discontinuing or phase-out codes and propose/exeucte mitigation tasks5.
