The Global Supply Chain Trainee will work in different supply chain roles over an 18 month, split into three six-month rotations on the job, normally in three different countries, in three different supply chain areas. During this period the trainee will build international acumen by connecting with various Business Units and the Global Supply Chain Leadership Team.
Gain practical experience in supply chain excellence by working on challenging tasks, projects and completing numerous trainings in an international environment. The program is designed to help the trainee develop on a personal and professional level, and to understand the end-to-end supply chain processes, including the interdependencies and interconnectedness between different areas. Local hiring company – home locationYou will spend the first six months at your home location gaining on-the-job experience with a real-life job, learning about key supply chain processes, systems, respective goods and services and dataflows. In parallel, you will also start to develop your personal network in a collaborative environment.Plant and Opco locationsAfter the first six months working from your home location, you will spend several months in some of our international plants and locations. The focus here will be on gaining additional perspectives and learning about the day-to-day operational and strategic challenges. At this point, you may identify potential improvements to help us along in our continuous drive for optimisation.YPP Academy WeeksEach rotation starts with a Skills Development Academy week focused on job-specific learning and personal development.
