WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE

Key tasks to focus on include:

1. Production planning and organization support: Collaborate on the creation and management of long, medium and short-term production plans, ensuring an optimal balance between production capacity, resource availability and market demands. This would include monitoring and reviewing plans to ensure compliance with company timeframes and standards, as well as proposing any optimizations to improve productivity.

2. Customer requirements analysis and management: Analyze specific customer needs, contributing to the definition of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to customer satisfaction, service levels and inventory management. Part of my work may be dedicated to collecting and interpreting data to identify areas for improvement and improve decisionmaking processes related to the supply chain.

3. Identification and resolution of operational issues: Participate in the identification and analysis of the root causes of any inefficiencies or issues in production and logistics processes. This would reduce delivery times, optimizing logistics flows and ensuring better allocation of resources in the various operational areas of the plant. Confidential

4. Creation and optimization of automated reports: Support the team in developing advanced reporting and automating files and processes related to planning. This would improve operational transparency and reduce administrative workload.
