Supply Chain
Procurement Finance Manager. In this role, you’ll be responsible for developing sound, cost saving effective strategies for purchasing materials used in the business. You’ll maintain relationships with suppliers and evaluate spending operations and enhance the quality of products produced. Additionally, you’ll collaborate with the European Senior Management Team, shape procurement strategies, optimize costs, and directly contribute to Kellanova’s financial health during a period of considerable growth and expansion. A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing

-ICP Process
– (Inter Company Pricing) Ownership & Accountability for ICP process, creating visibility to year-on-year financial impacts.
-Continuous Process Improvement –
Standardize, simplify & promote best in class Finance Business Partnering practices. Be a key driver for change and seek the best solution for process improvements.
-Project Management –
Implementation and project management of Procurement initiatives as well as our ongoing system transformation project.
-Financial Processes –
Drive period actuals, budget, strategic forecast & month end close process.
-Providing Support
– Support senior Supply Chain management with ongoing analysis, presentations, and other ad-hoc requirements.     

We’re Looking for Someone With

-Proficient knowledge of ERP and other financial planning systems (e.g. SAP, BPC, Anaplan). As well as strong excel working knowledge.
-Previous experience supporting a Senior Finance Team and highly adept at forging cross functional partnerships.
-Thorough knowledge of financial processes, including planning and analysis as well as energy, agility, creative thinking and possessing a genuine curiosity to learn and drive improvement.
