Position Job Title: Supply Chain ManagerBG and BU: AFEMEA , CP&S BUFunction: OperationsLocation: AF HorsensLine Manager’s Job Title: Plant General ManagerAdvertising Legal Entity: Amcor Flexibles Denmark ApsWork contract Legal Entity: Amcor Flexibles Denmark ApsContract Length: PermanentJob PurposeThe Supply Chain Manager (SCM) is part of Site Management Team (SMT) and a key enabler to achieve service and operational excellence, to simplify processes and portfolios, to optimize inventory & all costs between AF Horsens and its internal/external business partners.The SCM is responsible for the coordination of the order flow steps that efficiently transform Customers Orders into Deliveries i.e.: Production Order processing, procurement & supply of raw material, services and consumables, inventory management, planning, warehousing & delivery and invoicing.The SCM provides skills & leadership to ensure a high level of performance within the areas of demand forecasting/planning, scheduling, inventory management, delivering & KPI setting. Principal AccountabilitiesMain Responsibilities

Qualifications/Requirements

  • Formal Qualifications And Experience
  • University/Master’s degree in field of Supply Chain or similar (Preferably)
  • Minimum 5 years of Supply Chain experience
  • Experience in leading a team and building capability
  • Preferably knowledge of the packaging business or experience in Food production supply chain
  • ERP, MRP, SAP, APO knowledge
  • Data analysis with strong Excel capabilities
  • Experience in optimizing the use of the ERP (nice to have)
  • Proven experience of leading change management activities successfully.
