Join us and help drive innovation and sustainability in our projects.Benefits: Flexible Working, Pension, Extra Holiday Purchase Scheme, & Many More.Supply Chain ManagerRole Context:Expedite and coordinate engineering drawings and documentation, material procurement activities, manufacturing schedules and processes as related to suppliers of equipment/materials. Also responsible for the preparation and/or interpretation of various reports and schedules. May serve as project lead or manage a small group of procurement staff.You’ll be:

  • Operational managers utilizing in-depth knowledge, advanced problem solving skills and an awareness of Worley priorities to translate strategic direction into tactical plans and implementation activities.
  • Guided by functional practices, management precedents, and professional standards.
  • Decisions are typically of a tactical variety.
  • Able to develop conclusions from analyses and apply results to Worley business operations.
  • Decisions are typically based on extensive business acumen and seasoning.
  • Makes independent decisions and sets priorities related to complex situations.
  • Manages smaller projects, or portions of larger projects.
  • Responsible for the daily administration of project related policies and processes in order for the project to meet business objectives.
  • Effectively communicate and take a leadership role in preparing and presenting proposals and reports to staff and management.
  • Ability to persuade and influence others. Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.

QualificationsYou’ll have:

  • Several years’ experience within supply chain and previous experience in a managerial role.
  • Experienced within the energy industry working on large scale international and national projects.
  • Effective communication skills to senior stakeholders and wider organization.
  • Ability to recognize and resolve conflict.
  • Advanced understanding of systems, processes and tools related to field
