Hoofddorp/HybridAs part of C&P Procurement Operations, The Supply Chain Integration Planner aims at providing excellent service to internal business units and is focused on business needs and terms of execution of processes. You ensure the efficiency of Supply Chain activities within C&P, through the accountability of animating upstream S&OP processes. This includes animation of the Raws & Packs forecast accuracy, variance analysis, communication of the vision to all C&P teams. In relation with external customers, internal business units and suppliers, you are responsible to secure the sourcing, ensuring material availability and animating supplier operational performance.Main responsibilities:

• Relationship management between the C&P organization and the Cluster Business Units, focused on process execution.
• Ensure operational quality of service and cost-to-serve efficiency, smoothen operations.
• Support R&P forecast accuracy topics (from the Clients and the Suppliers) in collaboration with EU S&OP teams, contribute to the EU R&P and S&OP meetings.
• Monitor consumption of technical contracts.
• Provides relevant inputs to buyers for the contract creations: forecasts, forecast accuracy, contract balance status and alerts.
• Help consolidating the needs for materials volumes and creating better forecast visibility for Buyers and Suppliers.
• Improves collaboration between Danone and suppliers by providing forecast to suppliers and running S&OP capacity checks, liaising with Suppliers in order to mitigate the risks and ensuring uninterrupted supply.
• Manage Out-of-Stock Situation as 1st escalation level for Clients and Suppliers.
• Calculate KPIs and animate Supplier Performance for your scope (Service Level, Process respect…)
• Co-lead monthly meetings with CBUs, animating KPIs and driving improvement actions.

• Master’s Degree in supply chain or Procurement.
• 3-5 + years of experience in Supply Planning or Material Planning
• Highly skilled in Excel
