Arkema is looking for a Supply Chain Data Specialist – Raw Materials, Semi-finished Products.

You are part of the Data Governance team within the Supply Chain department. You report to the Regional Data Manager.

Main activities:
• Promotion of SC data culture and animation of the SC data key user network:
    o Collects data feedback to help the Business Process Manager consolidate the medium/long-term roadmap.
    o Supports the execution of the data governance action plan.
    o Designs and prepares communication materials; helps disseminate information.
• Project activities (deployment, integration of new acquisitions, etc.):
    o Evaluates new project requests: develops the project plan, organization, and methodology.
    o Coordinates/leads project-related activities and monitors progress.
    o Contributes to the operational activities of the projects.
• Process and tool design guarantor:
    o Contributes to the design of process and tool improvements under the direction of the Business Process Manager.
    o Tests new IT features/versions.
    o Collects training needs and organizes training sessions.
• Sets up audits to assess SC data quality:
    o Defines action plans for data cleaning/improvement.
    o Conducts data quality analyses.
    o Updates data according to established processes and based on various input sources.

Profil Recherché
Profile:
• With a master’s degree (PSRA, chemist, R&D) and significant experience of at least 3 years.
• Good knowledge of business operations and a good understanding of commercial issues.
• Comfortable with data manipulation.
• Leadership and good coordination skills, good communication skills, results-oriented, good analytical skills to structure action plans.
• Project management skills.
• Good understanding of product data and its use within BUs.
• Fluent English.
