The position

As a Supply Chain Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to:

-Provide decision support to management by performing analytical and data-driven analyses, preparing business cases, and supporting the development and reporting of key performance indicators (KPIs).

-Drive and facilitate talks and meetings with the Corporate Vice President to ensure the right storyline and effective communication to top management.

-Identify, propose, and drive process optimization initiatives to best support our Corporate Vice President as a Partner creating transparency of our Supply Chain.

-Link our business together by getting the full value chain understanding and ensuring we work across our Supply Chain planning organisations.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following qualifications:

-Master within Supply Chain, economics, business, or related areas with minimum ~5 years of relevant experience.

-Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

-Experience in providing decision support to management, including preparing business cases with analysis to back it up.

-Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to develop compelling and simple communication material for senior and executive management.

-Strong organizational and time management skills.

-Fast in identifying the problem and providing possible solutions.

About The Department

The Supply Chain Business Support & Monitoring department at Novo Nordisk is dedicated to optimizing the supply chain in line with our strategic direction. As a member of our Strategy & Insights team, you will play a crucial role in driving and developing the Enterprise Risk Management process across the Corporate Vice President area to highlight key supply chain risks. You will act as a strategic management partner to the CVP of Supply Chain Planning & Logistics and provide decision support to senior management. We are a new team, giving you the opportunity to help shape the culture and scope of our work and responsibilities.
