Do you want to make a difference and contribute to the well-being of people all over the world?Then you have the chance to seize the opportunity as we are looking for a dedicated Supply Chain Analyst to join our CMC Development and Scaling team.The PositionYou will join a team of 9 dedicated professionals responsible for supply strategies and setting up our supply management system.The main tasks will be:Forecasting trial product demand for clinical trialsPreparing strategies for packaging and distributionEnsuring correct and timely dispensing of trial product for participants in clinical trialsOur new Supply Chain Analyst will be responsible for simulating the supply chain for upcoming clinical trials to build the optimal logistic setup, balancing supply certainty and waste.Together with experienced colleagues, you will be involved in developing processes in our team that will enable us to work smarter in an informal working environment with a high degree of empowerment. To succeed in the job, it is important to establish and maintain ongoing collaboration with relevant stakeholders within different functions in Novo Nordisk.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you have:A bachelor’s or master’s degree within Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Maths, Statistics or similarRelevant experience within Supply Chain Management or is a talented recent graduateData-driven mindset, structured way of working with data, and ability to transform data into meaningful business information critical for decision makingExcellent computer skills and knowledge how to work with simulation software or production planningExperience working within pharmaceutical industry will be an advantageGood communication skills in English and Danish.As a person you have the ability to seek simple solutions and see continuous improvement as a natural part of processes plan and approach tasks in a structured way and seek simple solutions and see continuous improvement as a natural part of processes.
