As Supply Chain Planning Analyst, you will work with the EMEA Demand & Supply Planning team to develop, co-ordinate, source and deliver planning information to enable the planning team to analyse performance and drive improvements in plan accuracy, product availability and inventory coverage. This role plays a critical part in improving day to day operation and supply chain alignment.

What To Expect:

  • Support the day-to-day planning operations;

  • Identify and collect data to support operational planning process and report performance

  • Proactively manage inventories to ensure there is excellent customer service throughout and an alignment of stock levels of inventory targets.

  • Planning Master data project on governance, cleansing and maintenance. Maintain accuracy of system planning parameters including safety stock levels, min/ max quantities, lead times of new products.

  • Generate Planning KPIs and report to provide right visibility on backorders, inventory to target, E&O, etc

  • Daily interaction with the EMEA 3PL warehouse partner based in Ghent Belgium, UK and Spain.

What We Expect:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in supply chain analysis, logistics, or a related role.

  • Knowledge of Rapid Response/Maestro Supply Planning

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in statistical analysis.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, and experience with supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle SCM, etc.).

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

  • Proven problem-solving skills and the ability to manage complex projects.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
