Our team plays an integral role by helping the business plan for the future.Partner with the bestAs Supplier Performance Control, you will work with Procurement Fulfillment Leaders, Suppliers, Engineering & Manufacturing function providing data management expertise to monitor commodities scenario execution. In collaboration with Supplier Fulfillment Managers (SFM) team, you will take part in the Revenue Recognition plan execution and control on BOP On Time Delivery vs Customer Want Date to allow the correct implementation of a consistent risk mitigation plans and flawless execution.As Supplier Performance Control, you will be responsible for:

  • Collecting information needed to Manufacturing Cells assigned to allow a smooth & synchronized Manufacturing Production Plan.
  • Leading the Weekly Execution review with GTE Execution leadership, defining and advise a Daily Kaizen™ roadmap to achieve targets assigned both on Commodities and BOP On Time Delivery.
  • Collecting the main risks from Procurement Commodity Buy highlighted during PO placement and evaluating implementation of Recovery Plan feasibility with Procurement Fulfillment team and functions involved (Project Management, Engineering, Project & Supplier Quality)
  • Being the focal point, for the fulfillment area assigned, of new KPI’s introduction aiming to optimize interactions between functions to achieve Need by date OTD @ materials receiving.

Fuel your passionTo be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a bachelor’s in industrial Engineering;
  • Have experience in Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing or Quality roles;
  • Have sound knowledge of O&G products and their production process/methods;
  • Be oriented to continuous improvement;
  • Have excellent communication skills in English and Italian;
  • Be results focused, proactive problem solver, and a team player.
