Job Title Supplier Engineering MP – Team Lead, IGTSJob DescriptionA Supplier Engineering Management practitioner translating business needs into supplier quality solutions for the assigned business.Key Areas of Responsibility:Provide Supplier Quality Engineering leadership and vision to enable the organization’s short and long-term objectivesEnsure that the supplier partners related risks (quality; delivery; cost) are controlled and mitigatedDeploy and follow up on the Supplier Quality Related KPI’s towards the suppliers and SQE’sEnsure the annual definition of the quality improvement plan (QIP) for strategic/preferred BOM suppliers based on business needs, ensures timely implementationTake a business approach to scheduling and managing resources, future needs of the business, as well as functional and organizational policies and precedentsApply change management knowledge ensuring SQE set up a new style for assigned businessDevelop and implement the job and organization structure and functional processes/procedures necessary to successfully deliver the work of the unitYou’re the right fit ifMaster’s degree in a relevant technical discipline (e.g. Engineering Science)Quality, Procurement, manufacturing, design engineering, BPO, or Supply Chain Management professional with a 5-7 years proven track recordSuccessfully integrated across multiple product lines and businessFoster excellent cross-functional communications and integrates the work of managers to achieve business objectivesExperience in establishing short to medium-term (
3 years) operational decisionsAnalyzed unusual and non-recurring related supply problems requiring diagnosis, testing, and judgement of which approach or procedure is most appropriatePreferred healthcare backgroundAbout Philips
