Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY MANAGEMENT AND PROGRAM ANALYST in the Sixth Fleet, N-02 of COMSIXTFLEET SEA. Responsibilities You will be responsible in the full range of supervisory and personnel management authorities and responsibilities directing work to subordinate staff. You will serve as the senior civilian mentor, serves a Higher-Level Reviewer to ensure adherence to policy. You will be responsible in accuracy of job descriptions and positions are structured and utilized effective position management. You will be responsible in reviewing and initiating new policy, procedures and practices to unite responsibilities of the Command. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-14 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Managing command’s programs and operations to assure that plans are within objectives, goals, and strategic direction; 2) Developing policy positions and/or directive actions for issuance to Directorates to ensure implementation of the plans, decisions, priorities, and other actions emanating from the Commander; 3) Overseeing staff with administrative and personnel services. Providing technical advice and administrative guidance and instructions regarding objectives, policies, procedures, problem resolution and coordination of administrative activities; and 4) Interpreting and implementing DoD policies, goals, and commitments.
