We are looking for a dedicated Supervisor for our Instrumentation & Calibration Maintenance team who shares our passion, drive, and energy – what we call Genki – to join a team of highly skilled and experienced colleagues at our production site in Hillerød.

About the department

You will join a team of highly skilled and motivated colleagues. Our department is responsible for Instrumentation and Controls and is part of Technical Operations & Maintenance.

We support the daily operations with calibration of instruments, performing trouble shooting, and solving issues within the area of instrumentation and control systems. We also provide calibration and instrument engineering support to the ongoing expansion project of our new production facilities as well as support to our ongoing production.

About the role

You will be leading the Technical Operations Calibration team and responsible for the following:

  • Manage the Calibration team to support our production and startup of our new production trains
  • Interaction with stakeholders in Manufacturing, Engineering, and others
  • Provide technical expertise and support to the Calibration team
  • Support investigations of equipment failures and drive failure analysis of break downs
  • Ensure development of the team and the individuals

Qualifications

You have

  • 5-10 years’ experience as team lead and people manager
  • Technical education within Mechanical / Marine engineering or similar
  • Experience from maintenance/calibration execution in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry is preferred
  • It’s a preferred that you have Metrology knowledge and experience with calibration, either from a calibration lab or from a calibration function within a pharmaceutical company and a broad interest in measuring tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work under short timelines within a manufacturing environment
  • Collaborative attitude with the willingness to work with colleagues across departments and partners in other countries
