We provide legal, financial and employee administration through TMF Group’s teams in 120 offices.Job purposeThe Supervisor CDD is part of the Business team and reports directly to the Market Practice Manager. The Supervisor CDD is responsible for helping the team to implement, execute and administer TMF’s Compliance procedures according to TMF’s policies. The Supervisor CDD plans, organizes and controls TMF’s day-to-day administrative and operational compliance activities within the team’s client portfolio, such as the periodic CDD reviews and actions following the Acceptance, Continuation, Exit and Risk committee. Besides this, the Supervisor CDD works closely together with the CDD Officers, Business Excellence Center (BEC) Quality Control, Compliance team and other team members who are part of the CDD process.Key Responsibilities
- Have oversight and assure the quality of CDD files and risk analysis of team portfolio.
- Prepare, review and support finalizing high quality CDD files of team portfolio and discuss and inform the Market Practice Manager on the CDD and risk analysis prior to signing off.
- Ensure that CDD files are completed on a first-time right basis.
- Assess whether client related risks are sufficiently managed or mitigated.
- Draft Risk analysis and reacceptance documents of the clients of TMF NL according the local and Group procedures.
- Manage Quality Control/Compliance/Audit input taking the given deadlines into account.
- Hold regular meetings with respective team members to discuss open tasks.
- Maintain and update the internal compliance administration/database.
- Share knowledge and learnings within the peer group of Supervisors CDD and initiate points of improvement for the process.
- Be responsible for compliance matters for the client portfolio of the team.
- Be a sparring partner to team members on complicated CDD issues and applicable changing legislation and procedures.
- Supervise and coach the CDD Officer(s) within the team.
- Provide input for performance appraisal of the other team members on Compliance matters.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- A minimum of 5 years work experience in first- or second line compliance/CDD
- Wtt, Wwft and Sanctions law knowledge and experience
- Excellent English written and verbal communication skills
