David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading Outsourcing/BPO company that is looking to recruit a German-speaking Success Development Specialist for their Malaga office.Position: Success Development SpecialistLocation: Malaga, SpainEmployment type: Full-timeRemuneration: Base salary + bonusDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Offer concierge-level support to a select group of Independent Software Vendors (ISVs) involved in development, publishing, and sales growth
• Serve as the primary point of contact, ensuring a positive first impression and laying the groundwork for a lasting partnership
• Develop and implement a clear call script or talk track, ensuring consistent and repeatable communication
• Focus on products and offerings tailored to the specific needs of the target audience
• Carry out a structured outreach strategy across multiple channels (phone, email, social media), maintaining a consistent cadence

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native/Fluent in German, both written and verbal, with strong proficiency in English
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, IT, Marketing or related field is nice to have
• Customer Support experience, IT industry experience will be great to have
• Willing to learn modern selling techniques, able to execute core messaging strategy, can navigate to decision makers, and establish clear next steps
• Ability to accurately document call outcomes and notes
• Basic understanding of target industry, ability to deliver provided messaging on solutions
• Fluency with basic productivity tools (Outlook, O365, web conferencing tools) and experience using CRM system is required
• Baseline understanding and passion for cloud technologies and changing the world
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and use of professional business language
