Student Worker
Step into a role where your work supports the development of products that reach patients across the globe. As a Student Assistant in CMC Pilots Business Support, you will be part of a welcoming, diverse team that keeps our pilot production environment running smoothly – and you will gain hands-on experience in a global pharmaceutical company while you study.
Your new role
You will join the Training team in CMC Pilots Business Support as a Student Assistant, helping to coordinate onboarding, keep information channels up to date and drive smaller optimisation projects. You will work independently after an introduction from your colleagues and leader, with plenty of opportunities to spar with experienced team members across our sites.
Day-to-day your tasks will include:
type=”disc”-
-Coordinating monthly onboarding for new employees joining CMC Pilots, including inviting new joiners and relevant speakers, keeping onboarding material up to date and ensuring a smooth transition into their departments
-Supporting the Business Support department with practical, technical and administrative services, including data typing, review, training registration and archiving
-Creating and continuously updating the SharePoint site for the Training team and keeping information channels (SharePoint, Teams, newsletters, etc.) addressing the entire CMC Pilots area up to date
-Driving smaller optimisation and improvement projects
-Supporting Training Partners, Coordinators and Project Managers with various ad-hoc tasks
-Assisting colleagues across CMC Pilots Business Support whenever an extra hand is needed
Your new department
In Global Manufacturing & Supply, we cover the full value chain from drug and device development to marketed Novo Nordisk products. We are more than 30,000 colleagues across the globe with the shared responsibility of scaling molecules, processes, devices, and products, dedicated to supplying life-saving medicines to the patients who need them most.
CMC Pilots works with the development of products, and Business Support is the backup function that supports our production sites broadly and across locations – Gentofte, Måløv, Bagsværd and internationally. Business Support is made up of four teams, with the three other teams primarily covering IT and Supply Chain. You will join a team of 14 colleagues, led by Lea, with a diverse mix of seniority and experience, strong team dynamics and a collaborative spirit that makes it easy to ask questions, learn and grow.
Your skills & qualifications
We are looking for a structured, proactive student who enjoys coordinating, communicating and improving the way things work. You are currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or Master’s programme and bring with you:
type=”disc”-
-Experience with – or a strong interest in – stakeholder management, communication, optimisation and/or learning and development
-Comfort speaking in front of groups and engaging confidently with different audiences
-Technical flair and a curiosity for digital tools such as SharePoint, Teams and similar platforms
-A high level of structure, quality awareness and independence, paired with a service-minded and proactive attitude
-Advanced written and spoken English; Danish is an advantage as communication with stakeholders takes place in both languages
