Job DescriptionWe are currently looking for a Student Worker (m/f/d) in Hamburg, Copenhagen or Nordborg to support our Global HR Talent Acquisition Team. In our team, we provide guidance, strategic frameworks and innovative thinking in talent attraction, early career, recruitment, and employer branding.Job ResponsibilitiesIn this position, you will support the team with:

• Creating presentations and training material
• Providing data analytics from our internal databases
• Supporting event organization
• Setting up communities and networks internally
• Updating process documents.

Background & SkillsFor this position, you are ideally enrolled in a degree program in Marketing, humanities, or social sciences, and seek to acquire hands-on experience in the domain of talent acquisition.Additionally, we would like to see:

• Interest in working in an international environment
• Eyes for details and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in a team, reliability, and organizational skills
• Very good English language skills

If you have experience in graphic design, that is advantageous.As a working student (m/f/d), you will have a contract with a maximum of 20 hours per week.
