The student is at the heart of everything we do, and we pride ourselves on providing an excellent level of customer service throughout their journey at DCG.The RoleThe Student Services team is the first port of call for students throughout their entire journey with DCG, from the application/admissions process to when they require information, advice or guidance (IAG). Within this role you’ll be a pivotal member of the Student Services team providing this important support to students in person, via telephone or email.
