Location: University of Warwick Campus, CoventryAbout the RoleFor informal enquiries, please contact Bridget Williams (Head of Administration, SELCS) at .As a key member of the SELCS External Engagement, Student Experience and Student Engagement Team, this post supports the Operations Manager (External Engagement and Student Experience) and the School Leadership Team in the delivery of the School’s student experience and engagement strategy. The role includes leading, planning, promoting and delivering student engagement activities across the student life course in order to achieve the objective of providing an outstanding teaching, learning and student experience. While managing a small team, the post postholder will work closely with the Operations Manager, other professional services managers and academic colleagues to ensure consistently excellent and integrated student experience and engagement activities across the School.About YouThe ideal candidate will be proactive, enthusiastic, and passionate about enhancing the student experience. You will have a solid understanding of the Higher Education environment and proven experience in supporting students. Strong organizational skills are essential, enabling you to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. You will also possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, allowing you to build strong relationships with students, colleagues, and stakeholders. Culturally sensitive and approachable, you will excel in both leadership and teamwork, with a focus on delivering high-quality student engagement initiatives.
