We are at the forefront of future engineering technologies, with solutions that ensure the success of our clients in key industries that are shaping the future of the world we live in.The student assistant plays a crucial role in implementing ESG with a strong focus on the environment into our daily operations including initiatives to promote a sustainable workplace.You will ensure progress in the area of ESG together with the QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment) Team providing support in research, analysis, reporting, and project implementation, as well as implementation of legal requirements.Responsibilities:

  • Research and Analysis: Conduct research on ESG, CSR, and sustainability trends, regulations, and best practices. Assist in analyzing data related to environmental impact, social responsibility, and governance practices. Conduct research to understand current best practices in regards to “green office”.
  • Reporting and Documentation: Assist in preparing sustainability reports, presentations, and documentation. Help compile data for annual sustainability reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant standards and frameworks. Insure our law and regulations databases are up-to-date in close collaboration with other departments.
  • Project Support: Support the implementation of sustainability projects and initiatives. Coordinate with various departments to gather information and track progress on sustainability goals and projects. Together with local QHSE responsible persons prepare locations for external ISO 14001 audit.
  • Communication: Assist in developing content for internal and external communications, including, social media posts, and website updates related to sustainability initiatives.
  • Event Coordination: Help organize and coordinate sustainability-related events, workshops, and training sessions. Provide logistical support and assist in promoting these events.
  • Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative duties to support the QHSE team, including project support, and responding to inquiries.

  • Excellent communication abilities

Other requisites:

  • 15-20 hours availability for work per week
  • Currently enrolled in Studies such as Environmental and Resource Management or Sustainability Management
