Student Assistant (Master Data)We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic student assistant to join our Master Data team. If you are excited about data and eager to work with it from both business and technical perspectives, we want to hear from you!As part of our team, you will handle various tasks and assignments, gaining exposure to a wide range of activities; from analyzing business processes to collecting and documenting requirements and setting up Power BI dashboards. You will gain valuable hands-on experience and will be given a unique opportunity to develop your skills, while deepening your understanding of the role Master Data plays in a global company.You will join an internationally diverse team of 10 colleagues based in Copenhagen. Our team is part of the Data function with more than 90 colleagues split across Copenhagen and Warsaw. About the job As a team, we partake in projects that cover most business units within Falck. Our general focus is on high-level end-to-end processes, ensuring data quality across the board. This involves a significant amount of analyzing business processes, technical processes, and data modelling.As a student assistant in our Master Data team, you will collaborate with the team to support:

• Requirements management.
• Analyzing and documenting business and technical processes related to Master Data.
• Contributing to the development and maintenance of data standards and procedures.
• Analyzing data and assisting in data management activities, ensuring accuracy and consistency across various platforms.
• Building reports in Power BI.
• Assisting with various administrative tasks, such as documentation and reporting.

You are studying a relevant major or have experience working with data or within the IT field.To succeed in this role, we imagine that you:

• Are proactive and would describe yourself as someone who takes initiative.
• Possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Have a strong interest in data and its applications in business and technology.
• Are pursuing a relevant higher education degree, ideally in IT, Data/Information Management, or a related technical field.
• Are detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy and quality.
• Are a team player who thrives on collaboration but can also work independently and take initiative.
• Have strong communication skills and can explain technical concepts to a non-technical audience, as you will work with cross-functional, global internal stakeholders throughout the organization.
• Have experience with tools such as Microsoft Azure DevOps, Power BI, Data Bricks, or a willingness to learn these technologies.

About us
The Data function is where data is turned into information in Falck. We are four different teams working with: Data & Analytics, Master Data, Strategic Automation and Power Platform & AI Services. In the entire function we are 90+ data specialists working in Copenhagen and Warsaw. The Master Data Team is an international team with good energy and high spirits. We respect each other’s differences and spend a lot of lunches on discussing shared interests. We are an animal-loving team that can always be won over with good snacks and cake. The team has existed for almost 3 years and has grown every year. We work in an agile way, using Azure DevOps, and we have a Master Data specialized Scrum Master. We are a strategic team that aims at enabling the business and group functions, through governance, data quality, standardization, and principles.
