The Position

As a Student Assistant in Web Design at Novo Nordisk, you will:

-Assist in webpage creation, both design and building webpages in Adobe Experience Manager/content management systems.
-Work with UX/UI design principles to ensure websites are both visually appealing and user-friendly.
-Design and produce digital/SoMe content, newsletters and pre-produce emails, invitations and other materials
-Event administration e.g. creating content pages via event tool
-Provide support to coordinators, brand leads, and the MCE team when needed.
 

This role provides the flexibility to accommodate your studies and exams, offering 10-20 hours per week within standard working hours.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

-Currently studying at a university or equivalent with a focus on Graphic Design, Web Design, Digital Production, or a similar area
-Minimum 2 years of studies left before graduation
-Previous work experience, preferably in a suitable field
-Proficient in Norwegian and English (written and spoken)
-Good IT skills, including the Office package (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
-Experience with digital design tools such as Adobe Experience Manager, Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, etc.

You will be part of Novo Nordisk’s Norwegian affiliate in Nydalen, Oslo. We value creativity, teamwork, and a proactive mindset. approximately 80 employees across sales, marketing, medical, customer engagement and other functions. You will work closely with our local teams responsible for MCE, content production, meeting and event administration.
