The position
As a Student Assistant, you will join a team of HR and communication professionals and play a key role in supporting our People & Organisation team with various administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include:

-Updating and maintaining SharePoint sites.
-Managing organisational charts and ensuring they are up to date.
-Assisting with onboarding administrative tasks.
-Support with general administration within the P&O area, e.g. tasks related to facility and purchasing
-Organising and maintaining file storage systems.
-Assisting with event coordination and bookings.
-Drive assigned ad hoc projects.
-Advising the organisation on basic questions around area of responsibility.
This is a part-time role designed to complement your studies, offering you valuable practical experience in a professional setting.
Qualifications
We are looking for a service-minded and people-oriented individual who is eager to contribute to our team. The ideal candidate will have the following qualifications:

-Structured and organized.
-Proficient with technology or technology adept .
-Previous experience in administrative roles is an advantage.
-Fluent in Danish and EnglishAbout the department
