About the jobWe are looking for an ambitious student assistant with a passion for digital communication to help run our global brand and communication platforms.As part of the Branding, Digital & Internal Communications team, your main tasks will be to update content on our websites (Optimizely) and support local editors in our markets. You will be involved in our internal communication channel and help our colleagues around the world with content updates and changes on our intranet. You will also be assisting the team in the planning and implementation of new features and improvements on our communication channels.Your primary tasks and responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Organize, modify, and update existing content on our websites
• Organize, modify and update existing content on our global intranet
• Create engaging content[TOL1] on our intranet
• Participate in testing of our websites and intranet as we develop them.
• Ongoing support on our global brand platforms (Templafy, Bynder, TwentyThree)
• Ad hoc analyses and investigations
• Ad hoc support to publish news on our intranet
• Ad hoc administrative support

You will be based at our Head Office in Copenhagen and be part of a global organisation. You will work 15-20 hours per week. We are flexible in scheduling your hours, especially during your exam periods.About youAre you an eager learner?We are looking for an enthusiastic, proactive, and fast learning student assistant with a positive and can-do attitude. In addition to this, we expect that you:

• Are about to finish your bachelor’s degree or are a first-year Master Student in digital communications, marketing, business administration, or similar field of study
• Are good at structuring your tasks and flexible when priorities change
• Are eager to learn and grow
• Have a good understanding of digital platforms – experience with any CMS is a plus
• Experience with the Microsoft Suite
• Have effective communication skills and are comfortable working in English
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and challenges with a holistic and positive mindset

You will be part of the Branding, Digital & Internal Communications team in Falck’s Global Communications, Branding, and Sustainability department. Our engaged and fun team is a mix of experienced professionals and student assistants. We enable the business to communicate effectively by caring for our brand and developing digital channels.
