Student Assistant, CMC Development QA
If you have an interest in working in IT systems and have a talent for working in a structured way, then this is a great opportunity to join us at Lundbeck in the efforts to develop innovative treatments for people living with brain diseases.
You will be joining the department CMC Development QA and you will support colleagues in CMC with a broad variety of tasks. Expected working time is 10-15 hours a week at our office in Valby.
Your new role
As a part of the CMC Development QA team, you will have a broad range of tasks.
Your responsibilities will include:
-Managing and controlling of documents within our electronic document system.
-Initiating travel orders and handling travel expenses using our electronic systems.
-Purchase of office supplies and ad hoc items to ensure a well-equipped working place.
-Supporting a tidy and pleasant workspace.
-Assisting with additional ad hoc tasks as needed e.g. supporting the yearly CMC area day.
What you bring to the team
To succeed in this role, you should have the following personal and professional qualifications:
-Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
-A talent for IT systems, you are, proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Word
-Possess advanced organizational skills and like to work independently.
-An efficient, positive and professional mindset
-Fluent in both: Danish and English.
