Student Assistant – Medical Strategy & Communication, Neurology 

A position as Student Assistant in the Medical Strategy & Communication (MSC), Neurology team is now available! Your new role – why is this a great opportunity?

As a Student Assistant in MSC, you will have opportunities to work on different projects with different stakeholders. You will find yourself in a great learning environment, where all your direct colleagues are established experts within their fields.

Your work will mainly be supporting the Operations Manager, but also your other team colleagues with their key projects as well as projects of your own. One of your key tasks will be
leading the planning and execution of activity registrations and contracting with healthcare professionals. You will need to
learn and stay updated on compliance regulations and relevant timelines. One of the main supportive roles will be internal communication of the teams’ deliverables on internal channels. You will also support with administrative tasks including meeting booking and budget accounting.

Medical Strategy and Communication Neurology is part of Medical Affairs at Lundbeck Headquarters in Valby, Denmark. Our culture is characterized by responsibility and empowerment for the individual team members.

You will join a highly skilled team consisting of one Operations Manager and six medical experts, with varying backgrounds and experiences in the pharmaceutical industry. In this team, humor, helpfulness, flexibility, and openness are highly valued.

 

What you bring to the team
 

Our preferred candidate has the following personal and professional qualifications:

-is in the top 10% of their respective class academically
-is studying a relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree such as: Economics, Business Administration or Life Sciences
-has a minimum of 2 years remaining in their studies
-is proficient in spoken and written English
-is proficient with IT office-tools (e.g., Excel, PowerPoint)
-is very structured, detail-oriented and comprehensive with numbers
-has a proactive mind-set and is able to the driver of own projects with attention to detail and timelines
-has a high level of energy, and the ability to stay focused while working in a time-sensitive setting
-has a deep understanding of SoMe communications and website projects
-is eager to learn and deliver high quality work
-is a dedicated team-player
