About the jobIn your new role as Student Assistant at Falck Digital Technology, Global Capabilities, you will support the Product Owner and the Contact Center Services team.The position as a Student Assistant requires an availability of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of flexibility to accommodate both study and work.Main duties & responsibilities:

• Utilize Power BI to create, maintain, and analyze data reports and dashboards.
• Conduct thorough data analysis to support various projects and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation with an academic approach, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
• Work independently to manage tasks and projects, demonstrating proactive problem-solving skills.
• Collaborate with team members to support DevOps practices and processes.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of ITIL processes.

About youYou are currently enrolled in a relevant academic program (e.g. Information Technology or a related field). Ideally, you already have some previous experience in a similar role, but this is not a requirement. As a candidate you must be able to communicate effectively across cultures, work well in a team, and show eagerness to learn and take responsibility. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is a must. The ideal candidate should also have a strong foundation in data analysis, Power BI and understanding of DevOps.Key requirements:

• Proficiency in using Power BI for data visualization and reporting
• Strong data analysis skills with the ability to interpret and present data effectively
• Experience in creating and maintaining detailed and accurate documentation using an academic approach
• Ability to work independently and proactively, manage time effectively, and take initiative in identifying and solving problems
• Excellent English speaking and writing skills
• Understanding of DevOps and ITIL processes is an advantage
