Core responsibilities you’ll face in the position:
You’ll lead the Strategy & Transformation Department in consolidate its role of a strategic support for the Company in creating, developing and delivering business strategy and transversal transformations, coaching and coordinating its members
You’ll partner with local Board of Directors to identify strategic potential of growth and empower people to work on it.
You’ll monitor business model to be in line with Company strategic needs and recommend any significant change to the Board.
You’ll be responsible for framework for transformations.
You’ll lead transversal transformations that affect strategical development of our Company focusing on Lean, Digital, Agile.
You’ll lead and coordinate a projects’ portfolio that break the mold, challenge convention, and drive innovation to the forefront of our industry.
You’ll manage framework for changes management in our Company (Problem Solving, Project Management, Innovation)
You’ll be responsible for framework for competencies development in areas of Lean and Digital
Elevate your leadership skills by identifying and mitigating risks, nurturing a culture of continuous improvement, and mentoring Business Leaders for peak performance.

At least bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, IT, Engineering).
Showcase 8-10 years of trailblazing experience as a Project Manager, backed by a portfolio of game-changing projects with a lean-digital profile.
Command a deep understanding of project management methodologies, including SCRUM, LEAN, and Waterfall. Certifications such as PMP or ScrumMaster are more than welcome.
Proven path of exceptional transversal leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
A previous experience in managing people is more than welcome.
Proficiency in project management software (Jira) and tools (Design Thinking, Agile, Waterfall)
Thrive in an ever-changing landscape, swiftly adjusting to new project requirements and priorities.
Embrace challenges with a problem-solving mindset (i.e.: Kaizen, PDCA, A3, 5Whys, 5W+1H, Ishikawa) and an unwavering commitment to excellence.
Able to coach Business Leaders, as well as Project Managers’ Community in Lean and Digital
