We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategy Manager to join our team. As a Strategy Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth, innovation, and profitability for our organization.“We are setting the direction and driving the transformation that enables Stibo Systems to become a best-in-class SaaS company” says Simon Hartington, Head of Strategy & TransformationThis is the role and main tasksAs Senior Strategy Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of Stibo Systems. Your focus will be on identifying key areas for growth, leading strategic initiatives, and ensuring alignment with our long-term goals. You will collaborate closely cross-functional teams and with senior leadership to translate high-level business objectives into actionable plans that deliver tangible results across the organization, identify opportunities, define priorities, and develop and implement plans that achieve our business objectives.More specifically, you will:

• Analyse and deliver key strategic projects for improving and evolving the business directly with top management
• Executive support to CEO and Senior Leadership Team incl. Strategy & budgeting process, strategy workshops, strategy execution and similar
• Drive strategy execution across the organisation and ensure adherence to our strategic plans
• Project management towards the Senior Leadership across Stibo Software Group

Who we are looking forWe are looking for a Senior Manager with a previous experience with working with strategy development. You are eager to learn new things, bring a positive attitude and are easy to work with. You have through your previous work developed a strong toolbox that you can put to use while leading key strategic projects across the organization.Moreover, you:

• Have a relevant academic background: Master-level degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Science, Engineering, or a related field of study
• Have project management experience from complex projects with senior project sponsors, i.e. you are able to independently scope and setup analyses and projects, and deliver these on-time and in excellent quality
• Have the ability to dive deep into large datasets, make recommendations and drive execution
• Are recognized for your strategic mindset, good organizational and stakeholder management skills
• Have supported strategic projects on behalf of senior management
• The interest and passion for making a daily difference
