We will fill this position as soon as possible.The Strategy Director role reports to the VP of Growth Office, working closely alongside the Executive Management Team and senior managers across the organization. Together, we shape the company’s long-term direction. You will lead the coordination of the day-to-day tasks in the team and be a close sparring partner to the other team members.The Growth Office is dedicated to realizing our global corporate strategy, The Business Plan 2026. We support the strategic implementation of the Business Plan 2026, and we are responsible for M&A and implementation and transformation of other growth initiatives across the group.You will engage with a diverse range of strategic topics, including Corporate Strategy, M&A, Commercial Partnerships, Market Intelligence, Monetization, and Growth Opportunity Exploration.As a Strategy Director, you’ll play a pivotal role in orchestrating the flawless execution and transformation of our organizational strategy. Collaborating closely with the executive and senior management team, you’ll drive strategic initiatives and align them seamlessly with our business objectives.Your main responsibilities include:

  • Lead the coordination of day-to-day tasks and prioritize the most important tasks within the resources available. The most challenging task here is to prioritize the projects and tasks and distribute these to the team. You will be the lead on the project board that includes an overview of all the projects and tasks.
  • Leadership in Growth Projects: Take the lead in our critical growth projects. Envision innovative strategies to propel our organization forward. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, overseeing projects from inception to completion.
  • Strategic Implementation: ongoingly support implementation of the strategy driven by the strategy managers in the team.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Forge robust relationships and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all organizational levels. Engage, influence, and harmonize diverse perspectives to foster consensus and support for strategic initiatives.
  • Leadership in Change: Embrace a dynamic environment and inspire teams to embrace change and pursue inventive solutions. Set an example, cultivating a culture of ongoing learning and innovation.

Your new teamThe team, composed of the EVP of Growth Office, Strategy Managers, Senior Strategy Analyst, and the VP of Growth Office operates in close collaboration. While the department is compact, we engage extensively with stakeholders throughout the business.The Growth Office team members are all located in the HQ in Nordhavn in a brand-new building with sea view and a rooftop terrace., 5min. walk from Nordhavn St.The team is characterized by close sparring, room for fun, and very focused on performance and personal and professional development.
