This role will be responsible for contributing to key strategic or transformation projects, conducting in-depth analyses and contributing to delivering actionable recommendations as well as contributing to the dynamics of the internal network of Strategy and Transformation contributors.RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management and delivery; contribute to cross-functional teams to execute strategic or transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective implementation of initiatives. Support Project Managers in steering or delivering their projects, taking responsibility of the delivery of specific work packages.
- Strategic analysis: conduct comprehensive market research, competitor analysis and industry benchmarking to identify growth opportunities and potential threats.
- Data analysis; analyze large datasets to derive meaningful insights and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize business performance
- Business modeling: contribute to projects aimed at supporting functions / countries in revisiting operational models (including for ex process redesign, organization redesign, role mandates definition)
- Change management: collaborate with stakeholders to drive organizational change and transformation initiatives
- Stakeholder engagement: build strong relationships with internal teams to facilitate collaboration and information sharing, contribute to all initiatives in this area
- Continuous learning: stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices and emerging technologies to bring innovative ideas to the team
