  • Join Qonto as a Strategic Program Manager and lead our UpMarket program, working closely with our Growth organisation to support our expansion into larger client segments and driving our transition from a product-led to a more sales-led approach. This role is pivotal in shaping Qonto’s growth strategy and influencing high-level decisions alongside our leadership team.

👩‍💻🧑‍💻 As a Strategic Program Manager at Qonto, you will:

  • Oversee the planning and execution of key initiatives critical to achieving our company’s OKRs.
  • Align cross-functional teams and lead them towards common goals.
  • Create and animate critical program rituals to foster regular progress checks and accountability.
  • Organize effective cross-functional continuous delivery while identifying KPI-based areas for improvement.
  • Master Qonto’s products and services to make informed strategic decisions and contribute to broader company initiatives.
  • Communicate clearly and consistently with leadership, offering transparent updates and creative solutions to drive the program forward.

🤝 About your future manager:

  • Albertine Lecointe, your direct manager, has been with Qonto for 7 years and leads the Programs team. She values empowering her team members to drive strategic initiatives independently and encourages an entrepreneurial spirit. Albertine supports her team’s growth by giving them autonomy to manage their programs, interact with high-level sponsors, and lead cross-functional teams.

🏅 About You:

  • Experience: 6+ years in the Growth team of a start-up or scale-up. Experience in the B2B SME space is essential.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Proven success in managing complex programs or projects that require coordination across multiple business functions, ideally within fintech or a similar fast-paced sector.
  • Understanding of SME target: Work track record with Sales & Marketing teams and deep understanding of B2B customer acquisition funnel & how each function contributes to it (Brand & Media, Lead Generation, Paid Acquisition, SEO/Website and Inbound/Outbound Sales).
  • Strategic Planning: Exceptional ability at crafting strategies and ensuring stakeholders are committed to their roles in the program’s success.
  • Execution Excellence: A reputation for delivering programs on time and budget, demonstrating meticulous project management skills.
  • Communication Mastery: Outstanding ability to articulate program goals, updates, and results to senior leadership teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Languages: Fluent in English; French, German, Italian, or Spanish is a plus.
