Apply today and join us for a life-changing career!The positionAs a (Senior) Business Partner in the Regulatory, Quality & Clinical Reporting (RQ&C) Insights and Strategy team, you will be responsible for communicating and improving data-driven forecasting models within a business context. You are to take ownership of business analysis and manage projects aimed at business improvement initiatives to support decisions at various stakeholder levels. Additionally, you will engage in internal development and ad-hoc tasks to support the overall business objectives. Your ability to synthesise data and provide actionable insights will be crucial in driving organisational growth.More specifically, in this role you will:Leverage data-driven business insights to identify, initiate, and execute business opportunitiesCreate insights and forecasting reports for senior leadership, including key actions and recommendationsAct at the intersection of data analytics, process optimisation, project management, and stakeholder managementDrive strategic initiatives for organisational growthEnsure high-quality improvements and maintenance of existing data models, analysis, and reportingOur commitment to innovation also applies to the way we work. We therefore embrace the hybrid workplace – with a blend of home office in Denmark and on-site office-based work in Søborg, Denmark where our team is based.QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you will likely have:Master’s degree in business, economics or any other related fieldMinimum 3-4 years of experience with data analyticsStrong analytical and quantitative skills, with ability to translate and communicate data into actions at various stakeholder levelsExperience working with analytical tools like Power BI, Tableau, or othersExperience with forecasting is an advantage but not a requirementFluent written and spoken EnglishAs a person you are investigative and create results to ensure implementation of solutions. You are a team player and a good sparring partner for your colleagues. Furthermore, you are an excellent communicator who is able to present findings and recommendations at various stakeholder levels – both in writing and in person.
