Our mission is to simplify and accelerate IoT adoption by providing businesses with the tools and services to connect and manage their IoT devices securely and at scale.We are a scale-up company with a tried and tested product that has won some of the most prestigious companies in the world as customers, including Maersk, Carlsberg, Bosch and Donkey Republic.The Role:We seek a talented and experienced account manager to join our commercial team. As an Account manager, you will play a critical role in maintaining and expanding our largest customers.What You’ll Be Doing:

• Working actively with a portfolio of the 8-12 largest and fastest growing accounts in Onomondo
• Conducting Monthly business reviews with each account
• Being the day-to-day contact for your portfolio
• Nurture and strengthen the customer relationships, ensuring satisfaction and maximum value for both parties
• Working as Project manager on larger projects with your accounts.
• Working closely with our Customer success and technical support teams
• Identifying new opportunities in your accounts and involving sales, as needed.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years Experience in Account management in Telecom or IoT
• Strong understanding of demands and requirements in the IoT industry
• Good project management skills
• Good technical and commercial understanding of customers requirements
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
