We are looking for an Account Executive covering global from the Automotive and Manufacturing Industry. In this role you will build and foster strategic relationships with the c-suites of the most impactful brands in their respective industries and will be at the forefront of their digital transformations. Envision working jointly with these customers to merge business vision with engineering roadmaps to enable market-making innovations . Be the visionary that takes their leaders on a journey but use your industry and business acumen to make those dreams of today, tangible business outcomes of tomorrow .

All of this will require you to orchestrateglobal, internal teams that you will lead through influence without authority.You will be the Customer Outcomes leader who sets the strategy & direction, drive action, and progress toward strategic objectives and value realization, by solving for the customers business outcomes with multi-year goals. With your vision, demonstrate Business Value across clouds and solution areasby becoming deeply embedded in the customers industry and business.

Responsibilities

  • Account Management Develops and oversees the execution of account plan(s) to ensure Microsoft revenue targets and customer business outcomes are met. Engages with internal and external stakeholders on business planning, to promote mutually beneficial customer digital transformation strategies.

  • Customer Engagement Proactively develops a strong understanding of the customers industry priorities and presents Microsoft solutions based on customer insights. Advocates on behalf of the customer internally, ensuring requests and needs of assigned accounts are being addressed.

  • Sales Excellence Leads and orchestrates extended virtual teams in each area of product set to consistently achieve growth in market share.

  • Automotive and Manufacturing Industry Knowledge Proactively builds and maintains a strong knowledge of customers’ industry, associated business strategy, and key industry partners and solutions. Coordinates with internalindustry experts to gather industry knowledge to improve outcomes for the customer.

Qualifications

Required/Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Technology, or related field AND several years of experience working in an industry (e.g., Automotive, Manufacturing), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology)

  • OR Master’s Degree in Business Administration Degree AND serveral years experience working in an industry (e.g., Automotive, Manufacturing), driving digital transformation, or other relevant work experience (e.g., consulting, technology).

  • Account management experience

Additional qualifications:

Fluent in German language
