We are seeking an experienced and agile Store Manager to lead our fashion retail store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all strategic, commercial, people-related, and operational tasks to ensure the success and profitability of the store. This role requires a strong business acumen, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for the fashion industry.

How You’ll Contribute

Strategic Planning

-Collaborate with senior management to set store goals, budgets, and business plans
-Conduct local market research and analysis to identify new trends, customer preferences, and competitors’ activities
-Develop and implement strategies to achieve sales targets and maximize profitability
 

Commercial Excellence

-Drive sales by creating a customer-centric environment and ensuring exceptional customer service standards are maintained
-Monitor and analyze sales performance, inventory levels, and product mix to make data-driven decisions
-Identify opportunities for business growth, such as local collaborations, or promotional campaigns
-Create an engaging and memorable shopping experience for customers, promoting brand loyalty and repeat business
-Stay updated on fashion trends, product knowledge, and industry developments to provide expert advice to customers
 

Leadership and Team management

-Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of sales associates, visual merchandisers, and support staff
-Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to enhance individual and team performance
-Foster a positive work culture that promotes teamwork, motivation, and employee development
 

Operational Efficiency

-Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and visual merchandising standards
-Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a timely and satisfactory manner
-Optimize store operations by efficiently managing stock levels, replenishment, and inventory control
-Implement loss prevention measures to minimize theft and operational shrinkage
 

What You Bring
-Apprenticeship and/or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Retail Management, or a related field (preferred)
-Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar leadership role.
-Strong business acumen with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving profitability
-Excellent leadership skills, including the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a diverse team
-Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers, employees, and senior management
-Sound knowledge of retail operations, visual merchandising, and inventory management
-Proficiency in using point-of-sale (POS) systems and other retail software applications
-Flexibility to work extended hours, including weekends and holidays, as required
-Ability to speak fluent in Romanian and English
