You are a frontrunner when it comes to delivering service and you set a good example for your team.Your responsibilitiesYou are responsible for the daily store & field management in BrusselsYou manage a service team (our so called Swappers) with different responsibilities (Store, Field, repair, and bike hunters), and train them to deliver top notch customer serviceYou take care of the on-boarding and off-boarding of new team members and think along to make this process even betterYou ensure that the Swappers have a sweet spot in your well-functioning and motivated teamYou are the face of the Swapfiets Store & Field service in the Brussels region and ultimately provide epic service to our customersYou are the link between the Swappers, our members and the Country Manager BelgiumYou are responsible for local HR and recruitmentYou create and run local marketing activations to increase brand perception in your cityYour profile

• You speak French on a native level and you feel at ease speaking English

You’ve got an amazing customer focus and know how to put a smile on our members’ faces
