1. Maintaining an effective and organized stockroom area.
2. Executing store operations with particular focus on product flow to and from the sales floor.
3. Provide feedback and support team members.Accountabilities:Primary * Be aware of store sales and KPI targets, as well as individual performance targets, take ownership over them and use all available store resources to meet or exceed them.

• Inventory management – Prepare & manage accurate stocktake to avoid product shrinkage.
• Be knowledgeable of product performance (Best Sellers/ Black Hole) and arrange BOH plan accordingly.
• Ensure implementation of Model Store standards for BOH, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and general health and safety.
• Be a role model for stockroom operations and complete deliveries quickly and accurately while adhering to stock protection procedures.
• Commitment to team roster and positive attendance record.
• Ensure adequate supplies to create an effective stockroom environment and continually maintain this (including all merchandise) within and around the vicinity.
• Process merchandise deliveries quickly and effectively, with the right priorities
• Cooperating with sales team to ensure the shopfloor is properly replenished
• Identify improvement opportunities and communicate suggestions to store management to drive operational efficiency.
• Collaborate productively and respectfully with team members.
• Make yourself available to support other team members when needed.
• Complete all applicable training programs and effectively apply the learning on the job.
• Seek coaching and learning opportunities to continually improve your performance.

Secondary

• To keep the store environment clean, neat and tidy.
• Adhere to company retail standards, operation procedure and policy.
• Assist to coach and guide Retail Associates, Back of House Specialist and new team members.
• Assist to handle more complex retail operation tasks assigned by Superior.

Professional background/ Experience:
Functional: 1-2 years experience in Retail / Sales / Warehousing Industry: Preferably in apparel/ fashion/ FW or FMCG Retail
Exposure: Sports, FashionEducation:
Secondary / Certificate in Retail ManagementLanguage skills:
English: Good
