  • A Stock Controller- Delivery Technician is responsible for managing new stock, utilising the Inventory system, maintaining stock levels, handling supplier relationships, purchase order processing, goods receipting and serial number management along with quarterly stock audits. In addition, there are opportunities to provide general assistance to the Finance team, and learn K3s software products with a view to assisting the Support team.

RequirementsYou will be working closely with Head of Hardware Delivery to ensure supply and orders are commercially beneficial. This will involve interacting with the Customer Success Managers (CSMs) Global Support team, Finance, and customers, to deliver a first-class service cost-effectively. The role also includes some technical aspects loading software onto EPOS systems, along with shipping hardware, consumables, and rental stocktaking units, liaising with local couriers to deliver to our Nordic and German customers on time. On occasion there may be a requirement to attend customer sites for installations or hardware replacements.The role also requires that processes are followed or created so that every effort is made to ensure that customer delivery deadlines are met. You may also be required to demonstrate flexibility helping the Global Support Team when in need of additional capacity and assist the Customer Success delivery consultants with implementations to meet customer deadlines. You should ensure that the reputation and services is upheld, and customer satisfaction is maintained or increased.Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain required hardware and consumable stock levels.
  • Create purchase orders and requests.
  • Receipt stock and consumables and manage serialised stock.
  • Liaise with suppliers and couriers.
  • Process and ship customer orders, maintaining records in the stock management system.
  • On occasion, drive to customer locations, managing your route to arrive promptly, and maintaining accurate time and mileage records.
  • Provide general assistance to the Finance team.
  • When working on a customer site to replace equipment, be courteous and efficient, and when leaving, ensure the site is clean, tidy and safe.
  • Liaise with 3rd Party suppliers and manufacturers for Return Merchandise Authorisations (RMAs).
  • Deliver concise and accurate updates to internal teams and customers using clear and precise language.
  • Prioritise workload to ensure efficient order flow.
  • Liaise with colleagues and customers in a prompt and polite manner.
  • Adhere to established processes to ensure consistent results.
  • Identify and document issues as well as add other information to the knowledge base.
  • Judge when an issue should be escalated to management.
  • Self-motivated, reliable, conscientious and outcome-focused.

Skills & Experience

  • Knowledge of stock control systems and processes, including controlling stock levels and processing customer orders.
  • Experience in shipping parcels across the Nordics, Germany, and the UK using reliable courier services.
  • Methodical problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of PC’s and Electronic Point of Sale equipment is an advantage.
  • Customer service and/or administration experience.
  • Ability to simplify and summarise problems using clear and precise language.
  • Ability to perform effectively under pressure, and to manage internal and external expectations.
  • Self-motivation and ability to take responsibility but knows when to escalate if necessary.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Can demonstrate examples of contributing to team spirit and trust through multiple methods including sharing knowledge in a structured format.
  • Experience in dealing with the demands of shipping to Retail businesses an advantage.
  • Ability to think on your feet and consider all possible options or solutions.
  • Confident English speaker with excellent written skills.

Reporting Line & LocationThe Stock Controller- Delivery Technician is based at the Brondby office and reports to the Head of Hardware Delivery in the UK. Occasional travel for onsite installations and swap-outs may be required.HoursNormal working hours are Monday – Thursday 9am – 5pm, Friday 9am – 4:30pm.
