Your Role
As a Stock Administrator you’ll be the unsung hero who ensures our supply chain flows seamlessly. You’ll dive into discrepancies, investigate their causes, and resolve them swiftly. This role is perfect for someone who loves a fast-paced environment and wants to make a significant impact on our efficiency.

Your Responsibilities
Enjoy a balanced work-life schedule with our attractive working office and hours from 8am-4pm.
InvestigateDiscrepancies: Review and investigate discrepancy reports related toinventory, shipments, and deliveries to identify and resolve issues.
Data Entry andReporting: Accurately record and update discrepancies in the internalsystem, ensuring all records are complete and up-to-date.
Communication: Liaisewith internal teams, vendors, and clients to clarify issues, resolvediscrepancies, and ensure smooth logistics operations.
Problem Resolution:Work collaboratively with relevant departments to find solutions todiscrepancies and prevent future occurrences.
Documentation: Maintaincomprehensive documentation of discrepancies, actions taken, andresolutions for future reference.
Continuous Improvement:Provide feedback and suggest improvements to processes or systems that canreduce discrepancies and enhance efficiency.
Your Skills and Experiences
Experience: Previousexperience in a logistics, supply chain, or administrative role ispreferred but not required.
Attention to Detail:Ability to spot discrepancies quickly and maintain high accuracy in dataentry.
Organisational Skills:Strong time management skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectivelyin a fast-paced environment.
Communication:Excellent verbal and written communication skills for liaising withinternal and external stakeholders.
Technical Skills:Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.), withexperience in logistics or warehouse management systems being a plus.
Problem-Solving: Stronganalytical skills and a proactive approach to resolving issues.
Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively withvarious teams while being self-motivated and able to work independently whenneeded
